Pankalankas: Australia’s Mystery People
Quote:On an Aboriginal settlement in the Alice Springs district in 1982, noted documentary film maker, Mr Bill Marshall, entertained the Aboriginal children one evening with a video copy of the American documentary feature film. “Mysterious Monsters”.
When the world-famous footage of a ‘Bigfoot’ [filmed near Bluff Creek in California's Pacific north-west by the late Roger Patterson] came on the screen, the children began shouting “That’s Pankalanka, that’s Pankalanka”! |

Actually that was lifted from our sites. It is from a Yowie book. Those who commented at the link that they had never heard of them is because they are not researchers. The story was relayed by an Aboriginal Historian/Actor who sadly passed away and who had amassed hundreds of Aboriginal legends of these hominoids and Hominids. His entire work was shared with the one person who had been researching the Yowie and others for the past 50 odd years.
If you want to read from the sources of these Yowie articles click below. I have designed a 300 years database of which 100 years are up-to read now.
